. The review MUST contain information answering the following points:
a. What is the historical background for the events in the book?
b. Who were the principle individuals involved with this topic and what were their contributions?
c. What are the authors main points?
d. Does the author prove his/her points? The student MUST use quotations from the book to support this position.
e. Do you accept the authors conclusions? Why or why not?
The following are the format guidelines for the book review:
a. The text shall be in 12 point, Times New Roman font, double-spaced.
b. The first line of each paragraph shall be indented.
c. Each page of text will have a header with the students name and the page
number. Also, each text page will have a footer containing the title of the book,
centered.
