Do not spend much time describing the 5 sensor segments or explaining in detail the factors found in the external environment as this information is already known. Instead focus on analyzing if, why, and how conditions in the external environment affect the behavior of different market segments for sensors. The external environment consists of the general environment, the industry environment, and the competitor environment.5 sensor segments are: traditional, low end, high end, performance, and size.
