Write a two to three-page paper on what areas need to increase and/or decrease, why for health reasons you need to make the changes, and what specific methods/foods you will use to make the increase and/or decrease. All six areas (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, sodium, water, and fiber)must be addressed, even if they are within the recommended range.
