Method use will be desk-based literature review analysis. There is no need for primary or secondary data collection. My topic is : A critical review of the evidence of what constitutes good practice in HIV prevention in THAILAND. Please base the paper on the “OTTAWA CHARTER” which is the main conceptual framework of my dissertation. Please link everything and refer it back to the Ottawa Charter of Advocacy, Mediate and Enabling. OBJECTIVE OR RESEARCH QUESTIONS : 1) what is known about what constitutes successful/ promising HIV prevention work and how well this reflects the strategies within the Ottawa charter (this would include looking at some reviews of health promotion strategies more broadly and probably beyond Thailand); 2) then you could look at a number of national HIV prevention programmes in Thailand (you will need some criteria to select these) and analyse how well they use the strategies of the OC; 3) the third question could then be something like, On the basis of this analysis, how could HIV prevention programmes in Thailand be enhanced by strengthening the strategies promoted in the charter (or if they are already working to these strategies, how could such models be more expanded; more widely adopted) – Please refer to various HIV preventions/campaign in Thailand as followed : 1. Contraception ( encourage condom usage) 2. Drugs ( Kraisintu campaign that make drugs affordable for everyone) 3. Educate people ( community welfare ? community effort?) 4 ..
