Research national initiatives/efforts (all 50 states) aimed at helping the SW workforce improve its performance of delivering social services.

Once identified, the most outstanding will be highlighted and contrasted with those existing or absent in Florida. This should determine the status of the Florida SW workforce vis–vis other states and will be used to develop a set of recommendations for how to improve. The research findings will be shared with the local NASW-FL Chapter, potentially-friendly state legislators (Florida Senators/House Reps.) and administrators and regulators (e.g. DCF, County Public School Districts and hospitals) to advocate for such improvements
